What currency are your prices?

All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are charged in New Zealand dollars.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal, Direct Bank deposit (New Zealand customers only) and store issued gift cards.

Please note: you do not need to set up a paypal account to pay via credit card.

Do you offer a laybuy service?

Yes. You can choose pay by Laybuy on the payment tab at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! International deliveries are sent via airmail and are untracked, if you would like your order sent via courier please email us to obtain a shipping quote prior to purchasing

What are the shipping costs?

New Zealand:

Nationwide shipping including P O Boxes, rural locations and Waiheke Island are charged at a flat of $5.


Standard Post (not tracked) 6-14 working days flat rate $20.00

If you would like your order sent via tracked courier please email us for a quote.

International deliveries:

Please be aware purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery.

When will my order ship?

We endeavour to ship goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Please note: these shipping times do not apply to pre-orders, please see under terms and conditions for pre-order information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes provided your order has not yet been packed and/or shipped.

My order hasn’t arrived?

Please track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping conformation email sent at time of dispatch.

In very rare circumstances an order may be delayed in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your order and resolve as quickly as possible.
